This learning event is right for you if you are wanting to create an environment which brings out the best of you, your colleagues, and students.
This webinar will equip participants with the skills to create psychologically safe environments. When people feel psychologically safe, they are more confident, are able to learn and contribute to others’ learnings, feel a sense of inclusion, and recognise that their unique perspectives can be heard and valued.
By reference to Timothy R Clarke’s model, The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety, you will learn strategies which enable you to role model behaviours, emotions and cognitions, which support people with bringing their best-selves into your educational environment.

Karen is a Partner-Executive Coach at Deloitte, providing solution-focused, evidenced-based cognitive behavioural coaching, to support Executives with successfully attaining their professional goals. With 19 years as a Partner of Deloitte, (and as a mother of two teenage boys), Karen has a rich understanding of the complexities and dynamics of organisational systems.
Karen is passionate about leadership effectiveness and improving the impact, which can result when leading corporate teams. Through collaborating with those she coaches, she assists in their discovery of insights and options, which leads to their greater success. Karen leads Deloitte Australia’s female Partner Coaching Program.
