This learning event is right for you if you are a person who feels your life is running on automatic and you're being immersed in other people’s ‘stuff’.
This workshop will guide participants through the latest research of mindfulness, neural plasticity and emotional intelligence. By learning a simple approach to mindful choices and being immersed in the language of positive psychology, participants will develop sustainable structures for stress reduction and resiliency. This session is inclusive and fun, with practical strategies that can be applied to everyday situations. It is an opportunity to pause, shift to manual and learn how to make mindful choices to invest in your wellbeing.

Deb Ferguson is an experienced facilitator, executive coach and keynote speaker in the areas of wellbeing, resiliency and conflict management. With an extensive background in education, Deb’s drive is to inspire and motivate people to manage their increasing personal and professional demands. Deb’s book ‘What Teachers Need to Know about Personal Wellbeing’ is published by the Australian Centre of Educational Research. Her vision is for people and communities to flourish.
