This learning event is right for you if you are educators, secondary school leaders, wellbeing staff, middle school leaders

An interactive and engaging look at the most common unhelpful thinking patterns adopted by educators and students. Together we will explore how to minimise the impact of this thinking using reframing and other practical strategies and tools.

"We have had the pleasure of having Toolbox Education present at our school numerous times, and each time I have been super impressed with their ability to connect. Building rapport quickly, and presenting material that keeps participants engaged and interacting, whilst also being highly practical and very useful, is not always easy. Toolbox facilitators are able to do this, and even though we have a strong well-being culture and high well-being literacy, we have benefited even further from having Toolbox share their unique ways of supporting mental health with our students.

Sharon Garro, Head of Wellbeing, Red Rock Christian College

Presenter information

David Berlinski

David Berlinski is the co-founder of Toolbox Education. He has a masters’ in clinical psychology from the University of Melbourne.

After witnessing the devastating effects the pandemic had on youth mental health and the long wait times to see a psychologist, David sought to put the tools he learned from psychology into the hands of educators and teenagers before they experienced adversity and challenge.

Taking the best tools from CBT, DBT and ACT therapy, David has created a program that teaches educators and students preventative mental health tools through engaging and relatable workshops.
