We will explore the impact of the chemical dance we have with others when we hold conversations, and the behaviours that help us connect more deeply and quickly.

To get to the next level of greatness depends on the quality of the culture, which depends on the quality of the relationships, which depends on the quality of the conversation. Everything happens through conversations’ – Judith E. Glaser, creator of Conversational Intelligence®.
