This learning event is right for you if you are wanting to improve your time management and productivity
This program will use current research and provide activities and tools to equip participants with the skills to tackle the common lament: I don’t have enough time! Participants will explore the power of prioritising, goal setting, daily check-ins and how to identify time-wasting practices. The program utilises and includes a 2020 subscription to Harvard ManageMentor® and ManageMentor Spark™, two on-demand learning and performance support resources that deliver evidence-based material and tools that are fuelled by the latest in thinking and proven practices from Harvard Business Publishing’s world-class experts.

Karen Milkins-Hendry is Dean of The Development Centre at Independent Schools Victoria. Her 26 years working in schools included leadership experience that spanned across pastoral and academic areas with extended periods as Acting Principal. This background provided valuable strategic skills and experience to bring into both the development and implementation of leadership programs. With a teaching background as broad as Specialist Mathematics and Chemistry through to VCE Theatre Studies, Karen relishes her current role of engaging with the broader educational community with a view to providing evidence-based support to the unique improvement journey of schools.
