This learning event is right for you if you are interested in creating powerful, transdisciplinary projects with real-world impact.


In terms of engagement, there are no more pressing and relevant priorities than the Sustainable Development Goals. We will use these goals as a provocation to use a STE(A)M lens, coupled with design thinking, to create deeply challenging and engaging projects.

We will explore the concepts and undertake our own design sprint to practise the skills and reflect on the key pedagogies. Using design structures, including hexagonal curriculum mapping, to design, present and receive critique on a project plan we can take away and use.

The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, prosperity, and peace and justice. What better provocations for the young people in our care to explore.

Chris Harte is the Director of Unstuck Learning, Australia.
