There is an abundance of research in the field of education, but how do you select what to read? What to trial? What to explore further? This introductory module provides a glimpse into a highly curated course designed to introduce educators to the work of our global, national and local partners. The full course, available at the start of 2021, will feature a new module released fortnightly highlighting the work of one of our trusted experts and thought leaders in professional learning. Highly curated content relating the theme to your learning area(s) will be provided in consultation with our 'Brains Trust', a group of dedicated, contemporary teachers across all key learning areas. You'll have the opportunity to learn, grow and share through each module. This introductory course will feature Bold Moves for Schools - contemporary roles for learners. With the following themes added in the 2021 course:
Project Zero - Harvard Graduate School of Education
Project Wayfinder - the purpose movement
Design Thinking - harnessing innovation
Learning Horizons (Dr Jane Pollock)- raising student achievement
The Cognizance Project - using neuroscience to inform practice
The Feuerstein Institute - learning to learn
