Description
Change management research has shown, time and time again, that organisational change initiatives fail more often than they succeed. Effective leadership is necessary for change to be successful. Learn about the key leadership competencies necessary for change with an emphasis on connecting the process aspects of change with the people aspects.
Leading improvement, innovation and change is one of the three professional practices identified in the Australian Professional Standard for Principals, a statement that underpins progression for leaders at all stages of their career development. Growing one’s knowledge and skills about change is a sound investment for current and future practice.
