This learning event is right for you if you are a HR Manager or you are responsible for the management of human resources within your school.
Description
Meet with colleagues who are responsible for the management of human resources and employment issues in their schools to broaden your network and keep up to date with topical ER/HR issuesThe Network is an opportunity for HR professionals to meet with like-minded people to:
- share their own experiences
- learn from each other
- keep abreast of any ER/HR updates
- engage with and discuss topical ER/HR issues
- learn from and engage with guest speakers
The HRM Network is a great opportunity for HR Managers from different schools to come together to ask questions and share their experiences, while learning from one another. It's also very helpful to hear updates from the ISV Team on current issues.
This learning events supports creating best practice toward the following VRQA standard(s):
- Staff Employment – Teachers’ requirements
- Staff Employment – Compliance with the Working with Children Act 2005.
