Description
Managing risk is a vital component of any school. This one-day seminar will discuss the importance of developing a robust risk management framework together with identifying and prioritising the numerous risks involved in operating a school. The session will include how key risks may be managed and implications for schools when risks are not managed well. Advice will also be provided on the key elements for developing your risk management framework and conducting risk assessments in accordance with the International Risk Management Standard ISO/AS/NZS 31 000 – Risk Management.
