Facilitated by award winning law firm Lander & Rogers, this online session will address key topics schools should be aware of when preparing for and engaging in enterprise bargaining negotiations and key learnings based on Lander & Rogers' significant experience in the bargaining process.
You will gain an understanding of:
- the bargaining framework and process
- initial considerations before you commence bargaining
- obligations and issues that may arise during bargaining
- the access period and vote process; and
- the application and approval process.
Background
