Cost
- Course Fees: Fully Funded. We have secured a grant to ensure the program is available to you at no cost
- Admin Fee: $50. A small contribution that helps us cover the "basics" like catering and logistics, and ensures that limited places are utilized by those who can attend

Description
The ChildSafe Level 1 – Team Member Training is an introductory course designed for teachers, support staff, and other school personnel working in an independent school environment. The course builds foundational knowledge of child safety and the responsibilities that all staff share in protecting the wellbeing of students. Participants are introduced to the Child Safe Standards, the importance of student voice and participation, recognising signs of abuse or neglect, and appropriate responses to concerns or disclosures. The training also explores practical tools such as codes of conduct, reporting processes and everyday practices that help create a school culture where students feel safe, respected and supported.
