The ChildSafe Level 4 – Child Safety Coordinator Training is designed for Principals, senior leaders, People and Culture and designated Child Safety Coordinators within independent schools who hold responsibility for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of child safety practices. This advanced course focuses on the systems, governance and organisational leadership required to embed the Child Safe Standards across all areas of a school. Participants explore how to develop and maintain effective child safety policies, lead risk management processes, support staff capability, manage complaints and reporting obligations, and drive continuous improvement. The training equips coordinators to guide whole-school implementation, ensuring child safety is consistently reflected in governance, culture, daily practice and decision-making
