Description

Now in it's 10th year running, The Flourish Movement Program is a comprehensive leadership development experience designed specifically for school leaders, combining evidence-based wellbeing practices with strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness and long-term sustainability.

Developed by educators for educators and informed by extensive research, this program supports leaders to strengthen personal resilience, improve focus and effectiveness, and create healthier, more sustainable approaches to leadership. Participants explore practical strategies that help them better manage competing demands, reduce burnout, improve work-life balance, and focus on the strategic priorities that have the greatest impact on their school communities.

Delivered through a combination of research, workshops, reflective practice and peer connection, the program provides school leaders with the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day pressures of leadership and focus on their own growth, wellbeing and leadership aspirations.

Throughout the program, participants engage with practical and immediately applicable strategies focused on recovery and wellbeing, managing interruptions and improving focus, navigating negative thoughts and emotions, and leading with purpose and alignment. Participants are also supported through ongoing resources and structured peer connections that reinforce learning between sessions.
