Collaborate, Create, Grow.

Schools provide unique environments where educators and learners can thrive. The Wellbeing Leader Network Conference provides a forum for members to share ideas, resources, and best practices and collaborate on initiatives that promote wellbeing in schools.

Educators and leaders who experience wellbeing are more resilient and feel higher levels of autonomy in their roles. They have higher levels of self-efficacy, decreased motivation to leave the profession, and are more satisfied with their roles and careers. Students who experience wellbeing have reduced impact of psychological stress/PTSD, increased physical health and longevity, increased motivation, are more likely to graduate from high school and university, and have more fulfilling careers.

Our keynote speaker is Andrew Fuller. Andrew is a renowned clinical psychologist, family therapist, author, speaker and creator of Learning Strengths™. Andrew has worked with over 3,000 schools in Australia, NZ, Asia and the UK and with more than 5000,000 young people on core elements of resilience - connect, protect and respect (CPR) and building The Resilient Mindset. With extensive experience as a leader and collaborator with other leaders, Andrew will offer insights and a unique perspective for the day.

Following his presentation, you'll have the opportunity to engage with various leaders from across the sector, fostering reflection and discussion and expanding your professional network. Join us for a day designed to empower and connect, tailored for dedicated educators like yourself.
