Description

This two part online series conducted by Dr Paige Williams will provide a high level overview with practical take-aways from her model of AntiFragile leadership within the current, disruptive context.

The post COVID-19 world will not be the same as the economic impact is felt for months and years to come.

Leaders will need to do more with even less. Less time, fewer people and reduced resources. The rules of the workplace will change as workers demand flexibility, integrity and a greater sense of purpose from leaders.

Many leaders, who were at breaking point before are not equipped for these uncertain times.

Understanding what it means to be AntiFragile, the benefits of challenge and the relationship between thriving and struggle, helps build leader confidence and motivation in their leadership.

These online masterclasses will provide guiding principles that can underpin your leadership practice and offers a foundation and roadmap for the work that you do everyday.

Feel well, do well and lead well in the face of disruption, challenge and change.

Paige’s leadership experience is broad and deep. As a senior leader, she’s seen it done well and not so well. This real-life experience, coupled with her deep academic knowledge fuels Paige’s superpower of making research real, relevant and relatable to the work that leaders do every day.
