This learning event is right for you if you are a school leader looking to connect purpose to your school’s planning in 2021.
Purpose starts with having an aspiration, dream or intention. This isn’t your typical goal setting, however. It’s finding a goal that feels personally meaningful. It’s identifying an aspiration that aligns with your core values, makes you feel like your best self and brings you joy.
But purpose isn’t just about you; it’s aspiring to achieve something that impacts the world beyond you. Whether that’s your family, your community, society, or the world in general, when you identify a goal that you believe will make a positive impact, that’s powerful. That’s purpose.
In this one-hour webinar we will explore how we can engage a purpose mindset to navigate school, career and life.
