Strategy and communication professionals, Professor Donald MacLean and Kate Hooper have been working with ISV member schools for years and they understand the challenges our sector has faced.

This introductory self-paced learning event gives you a basic introduction to the unique and award-winning formula of strategy and story. After completion you will have strategies and resources that will support you to make a start in your school.

Developed in partnership with ISV, StrategyStory’s award-winning method has been tailored to support some of the issues that you may be facing, such as:

  • Challenges attracting, recruiting and retaining staff
  • The need to increase the number of families and students signing-up.
  • Survival pressures such as financial difficulties associated with rising costs or taxes
  • A desire to stay ahead of the game, taking action now to prepare for the future

Ultimately, to move things up a gear, open a new chapter in your school’s story while keeping everyone in your school on board.

The most interesting learning from working with Strategy Story in developing the school strategy and school story was the strong alignment of all areas of the community - affirming what and who we are today as well as identifying the challenges of the future.  Waverley Christian College

Key takeaways

  • deeper understanding of tailored strategies that address member schools' unique challenges.
  • Information about StrategyStory and its role in creating compelling narratives for school engagement.
  • proactive approaches to prepare schools for future challenges and uncertainties
