Presenter information

Helen Schiele

Helen brings more than 38 years of experience across the education sector. She has designed and delivered professional learning in curriculum development, differentiation, professional learning communities, Cognitive Coaching, and evidence-informed literacy and numeracy practices. Before moving into primary and secondary education, Helen worked extensively as an early childhood practitioner, predominantly in low socio-economic and culturally diverse communities. She is deeply committed to the early years and to building strong foundations that recognise and value each child as a capable and unique learner. Helen holds a Master of Education (Research) and has completed her Doctoral studies.
