Description
Independent Schools Victoria would like to invite all arts specialist, generalist and creative learning project teachers to our second Arts network meeting for 2026. In this meeting we will focus on the benefits of Artist in Residence (AIR) programs and how schools can design and implement these tailored to the specific needs of their community.
This online presentation will include an overview of types of programs for delivery and their benefits, presentations from 2 schools highlighting their experience with AIR programs and information on the Creative Learning Partnerships grant process offered by Creative Victoria.

Anne Smith is the Principal Consultant for Arts Learning at Independent Schools Victoria. Her work has been dedicated to the design and delivery of arts programming tailored to meet the needs of the Independent education sector. Informed by contemporary research to ensure an evidence-based approach, Anne works in partnership with peak cultural organisations to provide access to unique program opportunities supporting meaningful impacts and positive outcomes in arts education.
