This learning event is right for you if you are the Principal of a small school with fewer than 100 students.
Description
ISV recognises the unique challenges faced by small schools. These challenges range from finding (and keeping) good Board members to managing the long list of compliance requirements.
The aim of this Network is for participating schools to share their common experiences and for ISV to provide guidance and support where possible.

Glen McKeeman
Glen McKeeman has over 40 years’ experience as a teacher and leader in independent schools in Victoria. His passion to make a positive difference in the lives of young people was evident during his time at Carey Baptist Grammar, The Geelong College and at Christian College Geelong where he served for 32 years, the last fifteen as Principal.
Glen’s contribution to education included his involvement with the Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia (past Branch Chair) and the Independent Schools Victoria Board.
He has a desire to support school leaders as he believes that school communities thrive when they are well led and supported to provide the absolute best for students and staff.
Before completing his full-time career, he held the position as Head of Innovation and Learning at ISV. His current role as a Principal Ambassador at ISV allows him to continue his contribution to the education sector.
