Description

The Man Cave Educator Professional Development Training offers practical tools, fresh insights and space to reflect, all designed to strengthen relationships with the boys you teach.

Informed by evidence and shaped by work with over 115,000 boys, this workshop focuses on emotional literacy, group culture, and healthy relationships. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for boys today, why it matters and how to respond with practical strategies you can take straight back to the classroom. It’s a day for honest conversations, shared wisdom and building a plan that works for your context

Key takeaways

  • Improve your confidence, social-emotional capability, and student wellbeing outcomes.
  • Learn to navigate identity, behaviour, and emerging challenges (e.g. online influences), with tangible classroom strategies.
  • Gain practical, ready-to-use strategies for engaging boys, improving classroom connection, and deeper understanding of drivers of behaviour.
