The Resilient Educator Partnership (REP) is a transformative 12-month journey that moves beyond one-off professional development. It's delivered through a hybrid learning model, designed to reflect best practice and support access for schools across Victoria.

Delivery mode
A blend of in-person and online, self-paced digital learning delivered via Canvas LMS, alongside two in-person full-day workshops and 1-on-1 / small-group coaching sessions delivered via Zoom within the REP learning platform.
Audience
Teachers and staff from ISV member schools. Minimum of 2 teachers per participating school (up to 6 teachers per school) to build critical mass for sustainable whole-school impact.
Cost
- For ISV Member, $300.

Teachers cannot pour from an empty cup. The Resilient Educator Partnership (REP) is a transformative 12-month wellbeing, mental health, and professional growth journey, developed by You Can Do It! Education Australia in partnership with Independent Schools Victoria.
This is more than professional development, it's a gift you give yourself. REP offers dedicated time and space for your own wellbeing, alongside internationally recognised certifications and credentials that support your career growth and future leadership opportunities. And as you fill your own cup, that capacity flows outward, helping you lead wellbeing across your school community and support the colleagues and students around you.
Grounded in over 30 years of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT), REP moves beyond one-off professional development to deliver embedded, sustained, and data-informed support — building personal resilience, professional capability, and long-term staff wellbeing across your school community.
Over 12 months, participants complete 4 certified digital programs (22+ hours via Canvas LMS), an internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid certification, individual and group coaching with an ICF-accredited coach, and three resilience assessments to track growth across 50 factors. Participants also become part of a Train-the-Trainer network, bringing updated research in educator wellbeing, neuroscience, and AI directly into their staffroom.
On top of this, optional events, retreats and wellbeing excursions are offered to bring practice and routine beyond the professional work days and into your life with sustainable results and lifetime benefits.
