Date and time
Dates are selected during registration with First Aid Management & Training Centre.
Training must be completed by 31 December 2026.
Delivery Mode
Blended or in person
- Blended: Online theory plus a 1-hour face-to-face practical session.
- Face-to-face: 3-hour practical session with no pre-course online learning.
- Individual and small group sessions are also available at training venues.
Audience
All staff, including:
- Teachers
- Education support staff
- School nurses
- First aid officers
- School leaders
- Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs)
- PE teachers and sports coaches
- Camp and excursion staff
- Canteen staff
- Food technology and science teachers
Cost
ISV has secured a grant that enables member schools to access this training at no cost.

Description
Ensure your staff have the skills and nationally recognised accredited training needed to respond confidently to asthma and anaphylaxis emergencies at no cost to your school.
ISV Member Schools can access fully subsidised training in:
- 22702VIC – Course in the Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies
- 22578VIC – Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
There is no limit on the number of staff who can participate. Schools can choose on-site delivery for larger groups or enrol individuals in scheduled sessions at training venues. Participants receive certificates upon successful completion, with copies also provided to schools for compliance records.
Presenter information
Training is delivered by First Aid Management & Training Centre Pty Ltd (RTO 20776).
All trainers:
- hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- have current Working with Children Checks
- bring relevant industry experience in first aid and emergency response.
