Description
Administrative staff play a vital role in schools. This workshop is designed to help you to become more efficient in your role, including developing effective time management strategies such as goal setting, task prioritisation, handling high pressure situations, and setting boundaries.
The workshop will also enhance your communication skills and will teach powerful concepts such as how different personality types can influence communication and what your personal communication preferences are. You will learn effective strategies for overcoming common communication barriers, as well as essential skills such as active listening, effective use of voice and tone, questioning skills and exploring the importance of body language and the non-verbal communication. Most importantly how to implement and use these skills immediately.
