Description
The fourth in the AI & Digital Skills for School Operations series, this session is a workshop for the staff who end up making the posters, flyers, social posts, and slides - without a design background. Practical tools, smart shortcuts, and brand-safe outputs.
Participants will learn:
- Using Adobe Express for posters, flyers, and social posts
- Generating images and simple graphics with AI image tools
- Creating short animations & video content for visual communications
- Maintaining brand consistency across school materials
- When to design in-house and when to escalate
- Accessibility basics: contrast, alt text, and readable layouts
In-session practice
Each participant produces a finished piece (poster, flyer, animation/video or social post) for a real upcoming need.
Follow-up webinar
Gallery walk of items produced and used since the workshop. Discussion on brand consistency challenges encountered.
