The fifth and final in the AI & Digital Skills for School Operations series, this session unlocks the full toolkit so staff can edit, combine, secure, and share PDFs with confidence.

  • Editing PDFs efficiently - text, images, page order, and forms
  • Combining, splitting, and reorganising documents
  • Creating fillable forms for parents and staff
  • Best practices for secure document handling and redaction
  • Sharing, signing, and tracking PDFs without losing version control
