Description

The third in the AI & Digital Skills for School Operations series, this session helps participants to move beyond one-off prompts to repeatable workflows. Learn to identify the recurring tasks that drain your week and design AI-assisted shortcuts you can reuse.

Participants will learn:

  • Spotting the right tasks to automate (and the ones to leave alone)
  • Creating reusable templates for recurring admin work
  • Generating meeting agendas, minutes, and action summaries
  • Producing reports and basic documentation from raw notes or data
  • Stacking small AI shortcuts to reduce repetitive workload
  • Tracking what's working so improvements stick

In-session practice

Participants leave with at least two reusable prompt templates tailored to their role.
